Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots (32 oz)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly on the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon over the tater tots.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and meat.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
