Instructions
- Wash the okra and trim the stems.
- In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, red pepper flakes, mustard seeds, garlic, and black peppercorns.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the honey dissolves.
- Pack the okra into sterilized jars.
- Pour the hot pickling liquid over the okra, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the jars and let them cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
