Description

A delightful breakfast featuring creamy rolled oats soaked overnight with fresh strawberries, honey, and a touch of vanilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir in the chopped strawberries, folding them into the mixture.
  3. Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the mixture again and add a splash of milk if it’s too thick.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional strawberries, nuts, or yogurt.
