Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl or jar.
- Stir in the chopped strawberries, folding them into the mixture.
- Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, stir the mixture again and add a splash of milk if it’s too thick.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional strawberries, nuts, or yogurt.
