- 8–10 golden Oreos, crushed
- 1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Crunch Coating: In a small bowl, combine crushed golden Oreos with strawberry gelatin powder. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar, mixing until combined.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Combine the Mixtures: Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
- Form the Bites: Scoop out cheesecake mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for Firmness: Chill tray in the freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Coat the Bites: Roll each ball in the crunchy topping, pressing to adhere.
- Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time. Allow flavors to meld overnight in the fridge for best taste.
