- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and strawberries.
- Drizzle the strawberry jam over the top layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
