- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 can of strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to substitute with other fruit pie fillings if desired.
