- 1 cup fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 ripe banana, chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened and unflavored)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Chop the banana into small pieces.
- Add strawberries, banana, and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
- Pop the frozen balls out of the molds and store them in a freezer-safe container.
