- 4 medium zucchini
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the zucchini by cutting them in half lengthwise and scooping out the center.
- Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Fill each zucchini half with the BBQ chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of each filled zucchini.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese is golden.
