  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the colorful sprinkles.
  7. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers appear slightly soft.
  9. Cool on baking sheets briefly before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
