Homemade Spinach and Carrot Dog Treats that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, packed with health and happiness for your furry friend.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, carrots, oat flour, peanut butter, vegetable broth, and olive oil. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Dust your countertop with extra oat flour, then roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Use cookie cutters to shape the dough into fun forms.
  5. Place the treats onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the treats turn golden brown.
  7. Let the treats cool completely before serving.

Notes

For added creativity, sprinkle a small amount of cheese on top before baking.
