Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the top off the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, leaving a shell.
  4. Fill the hollowed bread with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
