			- 1 loaf of bread
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the top off the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, leaving a shell.
- Fill the hollowed bread with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
