Description

Delightful bite-sized phyllo cups filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 package phyllo dough
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the spinach in a pan over medium heat just until wilted, then cool and chop.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts. Stir until well combined, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer 4-5 sheets of phyllo dough brushing each with olive oil. Cut into squares.
  5. Press each square into a muffin tin.
  6. Spoon the dip mixture into each phyllo cup.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese bubbles.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make the filling ahead of time and assemble just before baking for freshness. Consider using herbs for added flavor.
