Description
A refreshing and spicy twist on traditional watermelon margaritas, these popsicles are perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
- Add lime juice, tequila, agave syrup, and salt to the watermelon juice and mix well.
- Add sliced jalapeño to the mixture for a spicy kick.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of jalapeño based on your spice preference.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the tequila.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
