Instructions
- In a pot, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Add mustard seeds and red pepper flakes to the boiling mixture.
- Place cauliflower florets in a jar.
- Pour the hot pickling liquid over the cauliflower, ensuring it is fully submerged.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then seal the jar and refrigerate.
- Allow the cauliflower to pickle for at least 24 hours before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- For extra heat, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- This pickled cauliflower can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
