Spicy Pickle Deviled Eggs are a delicious twist on the classic deviled eggs, featuring a zesty pickle flavor that adds a kick to your appetizer spread.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice bath to cool.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute the pickles with spicy pickles for an even bolder flavor.
