Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the maple syrup, olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
