Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken ball in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken bites until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
