A deliciously creamy and spicy pasta dish featuring Cajun-seasoned chicken and rich Alfredo sauce.

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken breast with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
