Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken breast with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
