A delicious and crunchy granola made with maple syrup and pecans, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

			- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking into clusters.
- If using, mix in dried fruit once cooled.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- Feel free to substitute pecans with other nuts or seeds.
