Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the grated cheddar, flour, sourdough discard, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Incorporate Butter: Add cold cubed butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Form the Dough: If dry, add water slowly until dough comes together.
- Roll Out the Dough: Roll dough to 1/8 inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut the Crackers: Cut into your desired shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Arrange and Bake: Place crackers on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
