- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Season the turkey wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the turkey wings on all sides.
- Remove the wings and set aside. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring to create a roux.
- Gradually add chicken broth, stirring continuously until the gravy thickens.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and thyme, then return the turkey wings to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the turkey is tender.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
