			- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste.
