Smoked Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Stuffed Pepper Bombs are a delicious fusion of flavors, combining the classic taste of cheeseburgers with creamy mac and cheese, all stuffed into sweet bell peppers and smoked to perfection.

- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, cooked ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the mac and cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour, or until the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the smoker and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the cheese blend to your liking.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the stuffing mixture.
- These can also be cooked in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-40 minutes if you don’t have a smoker.
