Ingredients

  • 34 lbs beef brisket
  • 1 can (16 oz) cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions

  1. Season the brisket with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Put the seasoned brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and beef broth, then pour it over the brisket.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the brisket is tender.
  6. Once cooked, remove the brisket and let it rest before slicing.
  7. Serve with the cranberry sauce from the slow cooker.
