A delicious and tender beef brisket slow-cooked with cranberry sauce for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs beef brisket
- 1 can (16 oz) cranberry sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
Instructions
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Put the seasoned brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and beef broth, then pour it over the brisket.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the brisket is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the brisket and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with the cranberry sauce from the slow cooker.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the brisket overnight with the seasoning.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
