  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Cooked egg noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and flour together.
  7. Stir the sour cream mixture into the slow cooker about 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve over cooked egg noodles.

  • For a thicker sauce, you can add more flour.
