- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) Sloppy Joe sauce
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and bell pepper until cooked through.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the Sloppy Joe sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the meat mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
