- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Mix well.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the pumpkin mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made tart shell.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set.
