Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
