Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
