Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Coat the diced tuna in the sesame seeds.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and sear the tuna for about 30 seconds on each side.
- In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, seared tuna, avocado, cucumber, and any additional toppings.
- Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the bowls.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, pickled ginger, and seaweed salad.
