- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each shell generously with the seafood mixture.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, filling side up, and pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with your favorite seafood or vegetarian fillings. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
