Description

Indulge in these delightful seafood stuffed shells filled with lobster, crab, and shrimp, enveloped in creamy cheese and baked to perfection with Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine lobster, crab, shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stuff each shell generously with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, filling side up, and pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite seafood or vegetarian fillings. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
