- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
