Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Prepare the wet mixture in another bowl by whisking together 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup), 1/4 cup almond (or peanut) butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine both mixtures by pouring the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stirring gently until well mixed.
