- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 2 cups of biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup of milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheddar cheese, and drained Rotel.
- Add the biscuit mix and milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use hot sausage or add extra jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
