- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry and rub it with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Slowly add apple cider and chicken broth, whisking until smooth and thickened.
- Serve the sliced turkey breast with the apple cider gravy.
