Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced pears and cranberries with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with slices of brie cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, add more honey.
