Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 oz roast beef
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the roast beef on one slice of bread.
  3. Place the cheddar cheese on top of the roast beef.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  6. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
