Ranch Chicken and Bacon Quesadillas are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, all melted together in a crispy tortilla.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a portion of the chicken and bacon mixture on half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- Serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
- These quesadillas can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
