Ingredients

- 1 cup of red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup of carrots, shredded
- 1 cup of purple cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup of sesame dressing
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
