  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and pumpkin puree until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Stir in dried cranberries or raisins if using.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
