Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
