- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup pulled pork
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional: BBQ sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Add the pulled pork on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pulled pork.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and drizzle with BBQ sauce if desired.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pulled pork in BBQ sauce before using.
