  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.

  6. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  7. Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and drizzle with BBQ sauce if desired.
