- 500g potatoes
- 100g wild garlic
- 200g Yarg cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- 200ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
- Chop the wild garlic and mix it with the mashed potatoes.
- Add the crumbled Yarg cheese to the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into circles to fit your tart tins.
- Place the pastry circles in the tins and fill them with the potato mixture.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream, then pour over the filled tarts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Wild garlic can be substituted with spinach if unavailable.
