  • 200g Yarg cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  3. Chop the wild garlic and mix it with the mashed potatoes.
  4. Add the crumbled Yarg cheese to the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into circles to fit your tart tins.
  6. Place the pastry circles in the tins and fill them with the potato mixture.
  7. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream, then pour over the filled tarts.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
