  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pork in a baking dish and pour the cranberry glaze over it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with additional cranberry glaze if desired.
