- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

- Add thyme and rosemary, stirring to combine.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in butter until melted and the gravy thickens slightly.
- Serve the pork chops with the garlic herb gravy poured over the top.
