- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh arugula for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread.
- Spread the crumbled goat cheese evenly on top.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Drizzle honey over the flatbread after removing from the oven.
- Garnish with fresh arugula before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
- This flatbread can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Feel free to substitute the goat cheese with feta cheese if preferred.
