Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.

- Fold in the shredded coconut and pink food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool completely in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
- Coat the bars with additional shredded coconut and slice into squares.
