- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Pink food coloring (to desired shade)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and pink food coloring.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and nuts (if using) until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
Notes

- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
