- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar over medium heat.
- Stir in ketchup, jalapeños, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using or storing.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
