Description
A spicy and sweet jelly made with fresh pineapple and habanero peppers, perfect for adding a kick to your dishes.

- 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1–2 habanero peppers, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 packet pectin
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped pineapple, habanero peppers, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Add the pectin and continue to boil for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Adjust the number of habanero peppers based on your spice preference.
- This jelly pairs well with cream cheese and crackers.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
